by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply or expires prematurely for the following products and services pursuant to § 312g (2) BGB:
Custom-made products — goods manufactured to customer specifications (e.g. printed items with your own logo or design, custom orders)
Sealed hygiene items — goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, once the seal has been removed after delivery
Inseparably mixed goods — goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature
Digital content — already started delivery of digital content not on a physical medium, if delivery has begun with your express consent
Important note for customised printed items: Since a large part of our products is made to your specification (logo, design, text), the right of withdrawal does not apply to these items pursuant to § 312g (2) no. 1 BGB. Please check your details carefully before ordering. We are happy to advise you in advance if you have any questions.

This is how the withdrawal works — explained step by step.

Declare withdrawal
Inform us within 14 days of receipt of the goods by email or post about your withdrawal. You are welcome to use our model form below.

Receive confirmation
You will receive a confirmation of your withdrawal by email as well as information about returning your order.

Return the goods
Send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal declaration in original, unused condition. The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Refund
As soon as we have received and checked the goods, we will refund the full purchase price incl. standard shipping costs within 14 days via the original payment method.
Return
Please return the goods in original condition and, if possible, in the original packaging. Please note the following for a smooth return:
Goods in unworn, unused condition with all original labels and inserts
If possible in the original packaging — or in sufficiently secure packaging for transport
Please include your order number or your withdrawal declaration with the return
Use an insured and trackable shipping method — risk of loss lies with the sender

After successful withdrawal and receipt of the returned goods, we will refund all payments made in full and without deductions.

Note on express deliveries: If you chose express or special delivery, we will only refund the cost of the cheapest standard delivery we offer. The difference to the express shipping cost will not be refunded.
